To avoid asthma attack

My friend's one year old son had an asthma attack yesterday and until now his condition is not getting better. I feel the pain in my friend's heart since i'm a mother too. It's so hard to see our kids suffer from pain and difficulty. So how can we avoid asthma attack in children? Well, the first and foremost thing you can do to avoid asthma attacks in children is to keep a clean house, free of dust and anything else in the air that can cause an asthma attack. Placing a humidifier in the room can be a great help to your child, humidifier makes the air easier to breath.A home humidifier adds moisture to the air in a room, this extra moisture in the air will help you feel better and avoid getting sick. The humidifier will help to eliminate a dry nose, itchy, cracked skin, and many allergy and asthma problems. Many viruses that cause sickness can only live in a low humidity environment, so they will die when the moisture level is raised by a humidifier.

In summer, kids often faces heat problem due to which they get very irritated, you will need a dehumidifier or an air conditioning unit.
