I’m worried about my two kids, I noticed they are getting bigger and fatter everyday. I have this weight problem with my daughter a long time ago and now I think my son is on the same “boat” already. I don’t want them to turn into obese kids so I really must find the best way for them to lose weight. There are several ways to lose weight but how to determine the best way to lose weight for children is a big question. I’m sure they will have a hard time dieting and I don’t want to starve them either. I also don’t want to entertain the thought of giving them diet pills, I believe it is not the best option. Anyway, I will just study further and do more research about this. With all the information available online I’m sure I can find the healthy way for them to loose weight. How about you do you have any suggestion?
