5 Tips For Creating a Romantic Night and Fun Dinner at Home

Valentines Day is just around the corner and maybe you're already thinking how to make this occasion really special. Here are some ideas for a romantic and fun dinner at home either for several couples or just for two.
Sensual Scents
Whether planning for one guest or several couples, let robust spices (think cloves, canela, cardamom and black pepper) help set the mood with the help of a standard frying pan. Toast the spices just to their smoking point, and the room will fill with an inviting--and delicious--bouquet.
Pairing Is Caring
When prepping for a perfect evening, pairings are a fun way to turn any meal into a special occasion and spice up the fun. Plan three courses and pair each with a small cocktail. A fun and easy way is to use one base spirit in three different ways.
Make It A Group Effort Let your guests in the kitchen and encourage them to enjoy the tactile sensation of the food as it is prepared. Start the party early and enjoy cocktails as you cook.

Dare to Believe

It's the 2nd day of our yearly corporate Prayer and Fasting at Victory churches nationwide. Together as one body we raise our petitions to God believing that this new year will be a great year for all of us in all areas of our lives.

As for me, I claim these prophetic declarations for 2016!

I declare God's Word in Psalm 91:1,  that I will have abundance of PEACE.
“Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.”

My soul finds rest in God alone.
The Lord is my Shelter.
I will not worry, I will live in His presence.
I will not be afraid, I will not strive.
I have peace for Jesus the Prince of Peace lives in me.

I claim Psalm 91:3 & 14, “He will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. The Lord says, ‘I will rescue those who love me. I will protect those who trust in my name.’”

Every trap set against me is broken, every disease sent against me is cancelled, in Jesus’ name.
Every enemy sent to pull me out of my destiny, and to pull me down from the heights of God’s plan, is defeated tonight, in Jesus’ name.

I declare that I will find Divine PROTECTION in every area of my life.

By faith, I declare that I will see God’s Promises and PROVISION fulfilled in my life. For the Word of God tells me in Psalm 91:4, “He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.”

God’s unlimited supply is the source of my provision, I will not lack anything that I truly need. His faithful promises are my armor and my protection.

I will not lack wisdom, for he is the wisdom of God and he supplies liberally to me all the wisdom I need.
I will not lack direction, for his word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
I will not lack financially, for my God shall supply all of my needs according to his riches in glory.
I will not lack love, for the Holy Spirit sheds his love abroad in my heart.
I will not lack any good thing – anything that I truly need – for no good thing does he withhold from me as I walk uprightly.

I declare that there will be PROMOTION in my life in 2016. For the Word of God says in Psalm 91:15, “When they call on me, I will answer; I will be with them in trouble. I will rescue and honor them.”
Lord, I honor you.
Lord, I love you.
Lord, I serve you.
Lord, I call on you. Because your word says so, I know you will answer me.
I know you will be with me every day of the year. I know you will rescue me. You will honor me. You will lift me up that I might shine for your glory.

In Jesus’ name, I declare that there will be PROSPERITY in my life. For the Word of God says in Psalm 91:16, “I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

I declare by faith that I will live, and not die.
I declare by faith that God will reward me, for he is a righteous judge.
I declare by faith that I am saved, for I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that he rose from the dead.

By faith, I declare that there will be POWER in my life. For the Word of God says in Psalm 91:9-13, “If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home. For he will order his angels to…hold you up with their hands so you won’t even hurt your foot on a stone. You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet!”
No evil will conquer me!
No plague will come near my home!
The angels of the Lord will uphold me.
I will trample upon lions and cobras.
I will crush the enemy under my feet.
Satan is defeated by the blood of Jesus, and I am standing in victory by his blood.

By His grace, I will experience PERSONAL INTIMACY with God. For the Word of God says in Psalm 91:2, “This I declare about the Lord: He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.”
Lord, I declare that you alone are my refuge.
Lord, I declare that you alone are my place of safety.
I declare that you are my God and I trust in you.
I will abide in your shelter.
I will abide in your shadow.
I will abide in your presence.

I declare that all the promises of God will come to pass in my life, for I am ABIDING IN CHRIST IN 2016!

Cancelling Timeshares: When to Do It

Sometimes buying a timeshare will seem like a great idea upfront, but turn out to be something that doesn’t quite fit into your budget. In these circumstances, it’s important to consider how to get out from under a timeshare.

3 Tools to Help Special-Needs Students Thrive

Learning is not a one-size-fits-all system. Students with physical, mental or learning disabilities often benefit from an unconventional approach to education. These three tools can help them get through each school day with a sense of achievement.
1. Rules and Rewards
Rules provide a necessary amount of structure to a child's day. Stating rules and expectations clearly and having a visual reminder of what those expectations are will help kids navigate their choices. Placing a colorful list of rules up at home or in the classroom can be really helpful. Pairing rules with rewards for good behavior is also a great motivational tool. It helps kids learn that actions have consequences and empower them to make good choices.
2. Tactile Tools
Though many classrooms cater to an auditory learning style, not all students thrive within that kind of environment. For kids with visual or auditory impairment or for kids who have trouble focusing on their schoolwork, getting through class can be e…

How To Choose a Quality HVAC Professional

Florida is known for swampy days, lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. The worst feeling is the air conditioner going out in the dead of summer. Even the breeze off the water does little to cool the house. Here are some tips to choose a quality heating and cooling professional.
Family and friends are a great place to start looking for a Riverview FL heating and cooling professional. They can tell you who they loved using and who they didn’t. A flashy website or radio ad may sound good but talking to people and reading testimonials can give you a better idea on whether or not they deliver on their promises.
An HVAC contractor shouldn’t give you with an estimate over the phone without properly inspecting your insulation, air conditioner or vents. How can they know how much work is to be done without ever looking at your unique situation? An inspection shouldn’t cost you anything.
If the HVAC contractor has a website, see if they post their licensing and c…
